"For many decades, Kim Springer and her staff have always looked out for my family.
When our son went overseas for a year, she saved him money by suggesting how to spend less but still keep it covered.
Our daughter’s car was hit and totaled the week before Thanksgiving, and Kim’s office helped us buy another car in 4 days with quick processing of our claim.
They have also reviewed our policies and suggested several ways to reduce our claims insurance while still maintaining coverage.
No matter how many times we moved or where our children went, Kim and her office have been there for us. They call us back promptly and are extremely courteous with our insurance needs."

"We've been with Kim Springer for more than 30 years. She and her crack staff have taken care of us through any and every claims process. We have home insurance with Kim along with 2 auto policies and an umbrella liability policy. We also have a terrific Medicare supplemental insurance policy (Plan G) with State Farm. When a Medicare expert reviewed it, she told us, "Stay with this policy. It is excellent.""
